So what happens next?
Now that your interview is booked, let's review a couple things..
1. Guest Release
I will be sending you an email asking you to sign a Guest Release. It is very easy to do, you can sign it electronically using your finger and phone.
The guest release needs to be signed before the interview can take place.
2. Show Format
Most interviews on the show range from 45 – 60 minutes.
3. Software & Equipment (Zoom Meeting Only)
Zoom: here is the download link. Please be sure to have this setup on your computer before our meeting time.
Microphone: please make sure to have an external mic (something like this).
The built-in mic on your computer or laptop is not sufficient and will produce unpublishable audio quality.
Thank you for addressing this ahead of time 🙂
4. Show Questions
I'm not going to start off by asking you where you're from or “What's Your Story”..
There will be a governing topic but we'll focus on what comes up and peel away the layers as we go.
If there is something you would like to cover specifically, OR, if there is something that is specifically off limits. Please email me in advance.
Podchaser is becoming the IMDb of Podcasts. Once your episode goes live, it will be added to the directory. If you don't have an account, it would be really cool if you made one so I can add you as a Guest Credit to the episode.
If you're looking to build exposure and get on more podcasts, this is a great profile you can build and share with other potential shows that you are trying to get on.
If you have a moment to rate & review the show, it really helps the us to gain awareness (and good for your episode as well). I would really appreciate it 🙂
If you have any other questions leading up to our interview, don't hesitate, reach out to me: [email protected]
Thank you for your time so far, talk soon,
